Meetings involving young people (under 18), ether virtual or physical, can only be organised by the CAMScot co-ordinating team. All meetings must involve at least three people. Meetings within meetings, for example splitting into break-out rooms (either virtual or physical), must also each involve a minimum of three people.

Young people at such meetings should only be identified by their first names. Organisers, co-ordinators and panellists over 18 can be identified with first and second names and role descriptions.
